Customers outside the US- Please understand you are responsible for ALL fees such as duties and tariffs, as well as any other fees. Please check on this for your country before ordering. If you do not accept a package because of fees, and it is sent back to me. I cannot refund you for that.

All of my orders are custom and personalized. I want them to be the best that they can be. Please check your message for a convo from me within 24 hours of your order (usually within an hour or two). So I can make sure your order is exactly what you want. I will send samples to chose from.
If I cannot reach you, I will have to cancel an order. I want to be sure you are completely happy and this is the only way I can be sure.

Many items are personalized and custom. ALL my items are hand made. So each one may be unique and different. Colors may vary slightly on the ribbon. Thank you for understanding (especially during the pandemic, it is hard to find the exact same color but I continue to strive to make your products the best!)
I will soon be adding some items that will go to a production partner. This means that after I design your proof, I will send it to a printer and they will print it. This will mainly be backpacks at this time. This is in hopes to offer you more gift options!!
Almost all my orders are now in amounts such as 5, 10, 20, etc... You can pull down the "amount" section. If for instance, you need an amount not listed (example 80 bars) you can put two orders (or three, whatever you need) to add to the amount you need. Adding to your cart won't automatically check you out. So you will be able to see the total before you purchase. Thanks!!!

I will add a sizing chart to any listings for clothes and bodysuits. The best way to make sure the outfit will fit is to measure a shirt that you have, that is your favorite. I know for me, all the shirts fit differently! I can wear three different sizes. So please measure your favorite shirt and go by those measurements. My personal policy is when in doubt, go a size up. But I know not everyone wants their t-shirts big. I will accept exchanges on non-personalized shirts. I understand things happen. You will need to pay for return shipping.

With all shipping services being crazy this year, I cannot guarantee Christmas delivery after December 1st. However, I will continue to ship all the way through December!

I do my very best to research graphics, sayings, etc... that I use in my shop. Sometimes I can't find anything and it is NEVER my intention to use something that is copyrighted. Please contact me immediately (and please kindly) and I am happy to remove something that I didn't know about. I'm also happy to pay for a crafters' license if that is an option. Either way, I am willing to work with you. We all need to stick together. Thank you!
